491 Where we're all cast in new roles for 2010 Monday, January 4, 2010 [1] [2]
We're back! Jeff and Wilson are joined in the studio today with " Kenri," and Justin chimes in from San Francisco via phone. It's back to our usual shenanigans again, and we recount our holiday break. Plus, we have an apology to make to James Cameron.

492 CES: Where we're the first podcast ever to broadcast in 3D Wednesday, January 6, 2010 [3] [4]
We're very excited for our first official show from the CNET stage at CES 2010, and it seems like the entire conference is buzzing about the latest in 3D technology! We're still working on getting 3D for our show, so you'll have to settle for us throwing cameras, USB keys, and printers at the camera in the meantime.

493 CES: Where we pulled the plug on the Microsoft keynote Thursday, January 7, 2010 [5] [6]
Our good buddy Clayton Morris from "Fox and Friends" joins us live onstage at CES 2010 to chat about this year's ongoing trends in technology. But before we get to all of that, we feign responsibility for the power outage at Wednesday's Microsoft keynote address. Just kidding, guys; please divert your hate mail elsewhere.

494 CES: Where you have to invert the image to see us nude Friday, January 8, 2010 [7] [8]
Don't close the window yet; that show title is a joke. Don't worry, the video you're about to watch features three fully clothed nerds talking about the best of CES 2010 for The 404 Podcast's last show LIVE from the CNET stage here.

495 Where we left a part of ourselves at CES 2010 in Las Vegas Monday, January 11, 2010 [9] [10]
Today is our first day back from CES 2010 in Las Vegas, and we're pretty lucky to return with our sanity (and organs) fully intact.

On today's episode of The 404 Podcast, we spend the first half wrapping up our coverage and giving you an impromptu slideshow of our experience broadcasting live from the CNET stage.

496 Where all you need is a self-addressed stamped envelope Tuesday, January 12, 2010 [11] [12]
We've been promising you guys 404 stickers for the past year now, and we're happy to report that we finally have them in the office! We literally have 15,000 of them in boxes at our desks just waiting to ship out to our faithful listeners, so if you want a stack and a handful of 404 temporary tattoos, all you have to do is send a self-addressed stamped envelope with the appropriate postage to CNET NY, care of "The 404 Podcast - STICKERS.

498 Where Jeff battles the Triad Thursday, January 14, 2010 [13] [14]
We love getting (scheduled) visits from fans of The 404, especially when they come with treats for us! Henry Chu, aka Charlie Chu, aka Tapchus in the chat room, stopped by this morning to pick up some stickers and ended up joining us in the studio for the first segment of the show. If you're watching the video, that's Henry taking some flicks of the CNET podcast studio. Be sure to send us those pictures, Henry, and thanks for the delicious pastries!

499 Where we turn our heads and cough Friday, January 15, 2010 [15] [16]
In case you didn't catch the preshow, today's show title is in honor of Jeff and Wilson both visiting the doctor...here's hoping they're at the same time. Before we get to the show, be sure to head out for your free tacos from Taco Bell, then come back for another hilarious Friday episode of CNET's The 404 Podcast.

500 Where Wilson brought his happy pills Tuesday, January 19, 2010 [17] [18]
We're surprised that Wilson is still standing after going under the knife yesterday to get his wisdom teeth pulled. Luckily, Wilson explains that his disturbingly small mouth, combined with the supreme skills of his dentist, led to a speedy recovery--less than 24 hours after the surgery, we've got our Wilson back! And besides, all of his wisdom is localized to his hair.

501 Where we play with each other's tools Wednesday, January 20, 2010 [19] [20]
The 404 Podcast Tip of the Day: it's an unspoken rule that every nerd has to include a multitool of some kind in his or her EDC arsenal. My most recent addition is the Leatherman Skeletool CX, a 7-in-1 with carbon inserts to lower the weight. I also own the comprehensive Leatherman Wave for heavier jobs, and Wilson's choice is the blade-less version because he likes to travel with it on his person. It doesn't matter which one you choose, but it's always good to be prepared!

502 Where we give Jill 'three and a half mice' and 'Two and a Half Men' Thursday, January 21, 2010 [21] [22]
Jill Schlesinger joins the show today after a few months with her presence. A lot has changed since then, we got stickers, the U.S. Senate has 59 Democrats, and now ABC is doing promos for CNET.com. (The 404 Podcast and CNET are owned by CBS.)

503 Where everything was better in the '90s Friday, January 22, 2010 [23] [24]
In typical 404 fashion, this morning's show started later than usual, mostly because we couldn't shut up about all the things that made the 1990s one of the best decades ever.

504 Where we'd buy that for a dollar Monday, January 25, 2010 [25] [26]
Wilson is supposedly out sick this morning and can't be on the show, but it's obvious to Jeff and me that he wanted a head start on Wednesday's Apple Event. Either way, we're happy to have CNET's Smartphone Senior Editor Bonnie Cha here to replace him. We casually discuss our weekends in the first half of the show, which include some serious headphone shopping and a viewing of the documentary "Anvil." Bonnie also tells us about her weekend run-in with the new cast members of MTV's Jersey Shore.

505 Where we're selling our Apple Tablet on eBay Tuesday, January 26, 2010 [27] [28]
No, we don't have the new iPad/iSlate/iFail just yet, but we're crossing our fingers hoping for good news at tomorrow's Apple Event. CNET correspondent Natali Del Conte is already in San Francisco ready to cover the big announcement, and we're stoked that Jeff hosted Loaded today in her absence. Also, be sure to check out PRE-GAME, Jeff's newest video game show on CNETTV starting next Tuesday, February 2.

506 Where the Apple tablet is the most important thing we will ever do Wednesday, January 27, 2010 [29] [30]
CNET's The 404 Podcast is also on the job, so check out today's episode for our predictions on what Steve Jobs has in store for the world. It better be good, especially if Jobs stayed awake all night inventing it. Jeff and I are able to approach it with a level head, but Wilson G. Tang is in full-blown Apple fanboy mode with the T-shirt and the Apple lip gloss all ready to go.

507 Where (insert Apple iPad joke here) Thursday, January 28, 2010 [31] [32]
This episode of The 404 Podcast is dedicated to all of our heartbroken comrades out there who were expecting an Apple tablet computer, but got an Apple e-reader instead. Join us as we recap what might be the most underwhelming Apple product announcement since Apple TV.

508 Where we reveal our 'Secret Identities' Friday, January 29, 2010 [33] [34]
This week's Apple iPad announcement gives us the perfect opportunity to discuss the future of publishing with Cliff Chiang and Jerry Ma, two graphic illustrators in the comic book industry. They join us in the studio today to talk about their collaborative project, "Secret Identities," a graphic novel anthology of Asian American superhero stories.
